ProductEmails

Emails that only go out with a reason.

Domi writes your customer emails and sends them around 10 AM your time, three a week at most, only on days with something real to say. If the offer behind a day’s email is gone, so is that email.

When it sends

Three a week at most, each with a reason.

Every Friday Domi plans the week ahead. A day gets an email when there is something to say, like that day’s offer, a one-day special coming up, or last month’s top three dishes. A quiet week has fewer than three.

  • Sent around 10 AM your time
  • Once a month, your three most ordered dishes of last month, never sides or sodas (needs photos of your dishes)

When a deal changes

Emails never promise an offer that has ended.

Change or end an offer and the emails about it change too.

Under the button

Every reader sees the price they get.

Three of your dishes, with their photos, sit under the Order now button at the price that reader gets: the old price crossed out and the new one, or a label like Buy 1, get 1 free. Two readers of the same email can see different prices.

  • The dish the email talks about comes first, then dishes with a deal
  • Shown once your menu has three dishes with photos

Who gets what

Each group gets an email about the deals it can actually use.

Domi sorts readers by their completed orders at your restaurant: none is new, one or two is occasional, three or more is regular. Each group gets its own text that names every deal it can use, up to three. A group with no deal that day gets no email, not a generic one.

  • An email that leaves out one of the deals is rewritten
  • Each deal is named in your offer’s exact words

Your voice

Every email sounds like you, and never like the last one.

Domi writes the same email three ways with dishes from your menu and recommends the one that fits what you sell and what your customers say. After that, every new email is compared with your recent ones and rewritten if it sounds too much like one.

  • Each email opens a different way, with its own subject style
  • Stock lines like “a quick note” and “ready when you are” are banned and rewritten

How it works

From Friday’s plan to the inbox.

  1. Domi picks the days

On Friday it looks at next week’s offers, special days and last month’s sales, and plans an email only where there is a reason, three at most.

  2. It writes one email per group

Each group gets its own text, in your voice, naming every deal it can use. An email that sounds like a recent one or leaves out a deal is rewritten.

  3. It checks, then sends

Before an email goes out, Domi makes sure every offer in it is still live.

Questions

Straight answers.

Who gets the win-back email?

A customer whose most recent completed order is 25 to 31 days old gets it, once. Nobody gets it twice.

What if a customer orders from two of my locations?

Only the location they order from most emails them, and one address never gets two copies, even if it has two accounts.

Can my emails sell gift cards?

Yes. Once you have a house gift card, every marketing email ends with a line that sells it, such as “Looking for a gift? Buy a gift card to Your restaurant.” Receipts never carry it.

Which language are they in?

Domi writes each email in English and Spanish, and each customer gets the language saved on their profile.
