Do my customers pay a fee to Domi?
Yes, a small fee of $0.25 per order, which is less than 1% of the average order. It goes toward covering messages (SMS and WhatsApp), among other things. Besides that, your customers pay your menu prices, tax, and a tip if they leave one. A delivery order also includes the delivery charge you set.
What is the rate per order based on?
On the lower monthly price plan, the rate is charged on the food in each online order you take through Domi, after discounts. It is not charged on tax, tips or delivery charges. The other plan has no rate per order.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can switch plans anytime. There are no long-term contracts, so you pay month to month.
What does card processing cost?
It is separate from your plan: 2.9% + $0.30 per online card payment, the same on both plans. The money goes straight to your bank account.
